Normally I have had positive experiences here but this time i was not impressed. I had registered on line for an appointment, got to the lab on time. There was a huge group of people that were waiting that did not have appointments. The young girl told me to take a ticket and I would be helped when my number came up. This made no sense to me. Why did I book an appoinment if I were going to have to wait a good hour after everyone's number was called up? I knew this wasn't the process because I had already been there a week before and they took me right away (as long as you make an appointment on line). I told her that I had an appointment and she told me very coldly and completely inappropiately to "take a seat". I explained that made no sense. Another lady, obviously more in the know spoke with her and took me right after that. My appointment I made was for7:30 which would allow me to go in and get out in enough time to go to work. Obviously some of the employees are still confused as to how the process should work. If I had done what she had wanted me to I would have been over an hour waiting around....just a waste of my time and late for work. Suggestion to the employers...train your staff so they know what they are suppose to do and what making an appointment to their clients should look like.

I have never had a bad experience at any of the BC Bio labs. All the workers are caring and gentle and they sincerely care about each of us individually. I prefer BC Bio over Life Labs any day. Life labs is too corporate and seems not as down to earth.

I have had many blood test at this lab on 84th and Scott Rd. in Delta and the people are all very nice there. They try to make everyone feel calm while getting their blood test done.

Like the title says, I hate the thought of getting a needle but my visit today to BC Bio on 84th was such a pleasant one that I forgot about the usual anxiety I experience. A sweet employee caught on to my fear, took me into a room that had soft music playing to help me to relax! It totally worked!Great strategy!
