My wife and I recently bought our first home with Samantha as our realtor, and she was amazing to work with! She made the process incredibly easy, always kept us informed, and went above and beyond for us. If you're looking for a realtor, Samantha is an exceptional choice!

We are first time home buyers and loved working with Sam. She negotiated to get us our home under asking in an incredibly competitive market. She also connected us with all the right folks to help us buy and move in. Sam is knowledgeable and professional, we were very happy to work with her.

We purchased our property in Lynnwood with Sam. She is a fantastic realtor. She helped us to make an early offer avoiding the bidding war during crazy housing market. Sam is also transparent about process and very resourceful in finding all the help that’s needed to complete a transaction. I would surely recommend anyone looking to use her service.

I highly recommend Samantha as a realtor. She helped my family and I purchase our first home and we couldn't have done it without her expertise and guidance. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable about the real estate market, but she also went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect home for our family. She's now a friend of ours and we continue to value her advice and trust her completely. If you're in the market for a new home, I highly recommend giving Sam a call. You won't be disappointed!

Sam was an excellent realtor for us while we bought our first house. She was professional, well connected, and we now consider her a friend. We really felt like she put in extra effort to outwork other buyers and put us in the best possible position to get a house we wanted. Can’t recommend her enough and we look forward to working with her again in future real estate dealings!
