If I could rate them lower, I would. Still waiting for my orders. I purchase some bedroom items from them. It was supposed to be delivered on 7/2, but I made changes to the order and I was told my item will be delivered on 7/3. I missed a call from them on 7/2 and call back they told I now have to choose delivery date after 7/7. What the hell. I changed up my schedule to be home for my delivery. I have visitors coming and now I can't get my items. This is just unacceptable. If my items could not be delivery on the date I was told initially, let me now from the start. Don't change the day before my delivery. I wish I have spend my $2000, somewhere else. I have buy many items at this location with different person even recommended others but something has changed. They will not get even one red cent of my hard earned dollars again. If they were being truthful from the start and let me exactly when my items would delivered but they weren't. They lie to me for me to buy all these items and know that I wouldn't get them on time. These are the worst set of vultures. I even call called to speak to the manager on 7/3 and I was told she would call me back. Had of writing on 7/4, no respond. Spend your money elsewhere if you can. I have no photos to add, because I don't have no furniture.

Randy was fantastic to work with at Bel Furniture! I had stopped by the day before and spoke with MT, but he had stepped out when I returned, so Randy stepped in and helped me with selecting a king size bed frame and mattress.

He was very personable, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel pressured. He made the entire process smooth and easy, and I felt confident in my purchase. Everything went great from start to finish.

I would give less than 1 star if possible.

Please beware of making purchase from BEL FURNITURE.

In August,2025,purchased 3pc living room set. I am basically the only person sitting on the furniture and I'm a senior. In 8 months time,the frame has broken on sofa & discovered pieces poorly made. I have been trying since April to get replacement or monies refunded. Paid in full at time of purchase. No resolution. Manager,rude,no help in store, doesn't return calls. District manager,Troy,doesn't respond to emails and continually advised no number can be reached on. Hopefully,no one else has to go thru this. Still waiting...........Terrible customer service

Best furniture experience I’ve had. Such a great selection and great prices too. Randy was extremely helpful and gave us space to look around vs hovering the whole time, we really appreciated that. Highly recommend him if you want a stress free experience. Bel is our new go-to furniture store.

Victor was amazing! Nice and very Friendly. We had a great experience! He made us feel comfortable the entire time. He also had a great sense of humor and kept joking with us, which made the process enjoyable. We actually went to look at other places, and he joked that we would end up coming back — and he was right! We ended up purchasing a kitchen table from him and were even able to get same-day delivery. Excellent customer service and a great overall experience!
