I noticed signs of wear all over my home's exterior and decided it was time for an update. My Quality Construction & Roofing Contractors came out and handled the roofing improvements along with some trim and siding work. The crew was professional and efficient, finishing faster than I thought. The new roof looks great and really freshened up the whole property’s appearance. The construction around the edges tied it all together perfectly, making the house look cared for and sturdy again. They handled everything smoothly, charged a reasonable price, and did a good job. Worth the call.

Here’s my complete and honest review. I’ve called their office and spoke with the Administrative Assistant and made them aware of how their project crew members behave. Now I am to the point of literally losing my patience.

As someone who has owned homes and businesses over the last 20 years I understand the regular/normal noise and sounds that come with remodeling and demolition. I’ve NEVER experienced anything like this before. The laborers stand around yelling like they have hit themselves with hammers and such, they play music at the highest levels, they stand around and vape/smoke like that is their sole part time job and the actual project is their other part time job.

I have asked them politely to turn down their music and not cuss as we have a child that doesn’t need to be subjected to such foul language. I pick up trash every day after they leave including nails, screws, sharp scraps of metal flashing and siding, empty water bottles, etc. Items that could easily be stepped on, ran over, or picked up by a pet or child. This has gone on for 5 weeks now.

And it’s not just the lack of consideration for the residents in the neighborhood, it’s the poor craftsmanship as well. I don’t think any of them know how to cut a straight line either.

This particular project remodel they are working on is a residential neighborhood, not some factory remodel or an empty warehouse. People of all ages live here and I am positive I am not the only one annoyed by their behaviors.

Had these guys come out for some new windows and siding. Super professional and tidy. Marcel was great and communicated with me the whole time. I’d recommend them to all my friends and family!

The work done by My Quality was an excellent experience. They went above and beyond. I’m very pleased with them and especially with Vivian, Marcel, and the workers on installation day. From day one Vivian made sure that my home was taken care of. I recommend this company to everyone who is in need for any work in their home or business.
Thank you all for all your great work.
