I came here to get simple bloodwork done. The person doing the sample said it would take 5 business days to arrive at my doctor's. 7 business days later I called and got a rude receptionist, who put me on hold three times while I was reading her my health card number, and then got the number wrong! After reading to me and asking me questions about someone else's file (!!!) she put me on hold again for 6 minutes until I hung up and called their main customer service number. I asked her the same question, (where are my bloodsamples?) but she insisted she transfer me first to the manager to lodge a complaint about the rude receptionist. I got transfered to the manager without any notice, and of course got her voicemail. After 20 minutes, three people, and a loooot of frustration, I still have no answer to the simple question of: Where are my blood samples???? I feel like everybody here is new and completely incompetent.
