I need to have monthly blood work done and since this lab is close, it is convenient. I have been coming here once a month since November 2014 and I can honestly say that I agree with the other reviews. Very small, cramped office that is always filled to capacity with people even waiting out in the corridor. The staff are very disorganized and yes, I have also heard them bickering with each other. this is not a happy place to work at. There is one particular staff member there who is rude and arrogant and not a pleasure to deal with at all. Requisitions are easily lost/misplaced. I also had one nurse take blood twice because she missed something on my requisition. Unacceptable for a health care professional. In the future I will be looking for another lab to do my bloodwork.

This place is ridiculous. Crammed into a tiny waiting room while the staff yell out wrong numbers. You can hear them bickering to each other - none of them clearly like their job here. Unprofessional and if I didn't need the blood work done ASAP ide have walked out of here, no ran, out of here so fast! Highly not recommended!!!!

I have been here twice now and each time have found the staff to be quite abrupt and rude, as though they do not enjoy their work and can hardly wait for quitting time. They even told me I had called the wrong number to get (incorrect) information and that they don't answer the phones on Saturdays. Yet when I called the same number from the hallway the phone rang inside the office. When I challenged them regarding the phone number they backtracked and said the person who answered the phone (so I guess they do answer calls on Saturday!)misunderstood my request. I was turned away without helpful information about where I can get my test done, only "check our website." If you absolutely need a test done and this is the closest location, be prepared to not be treated very well.
