I have been going to this lab for years now...probably 10 or more.
I have never had a problem,I have never witnessed any rude behaviour by the staff.
I would recommend using this lab highly.My doctor has never had a problem getting the results and it has always been reported on time.

I just recently done a blood test and my referring doctor got the results within days. But I still think there is more improvement that can be implemented.

I don't know what is wrong with these people, but I had nothing but respect given me. The atttendant was effecient and kind and the waiting time was acceptable considering the people needing work done.

I WENT THERE FOR THE FIRST TIME TO HAVE BLOOD WORK DONE. THEY WERE UNORGANIZED AND HAD ZERO PERSONALITY. AS IF THAT WASN'T BAD ENOUGH, AFTER THEY DREW BLOOD SHE SIFTED THROUGH HER LAB COAT FOR A COTTON BALL AND PLACED IT ON MY SKIN!! WHAT LAB DOES NOT HAVE COTTON BALLS IN A CLOSED LID CANNISTER AND WHO KNOWS WHAT HAS BEEN IN THAT LAB COAT POCKET! IF I DIDN'T HAVE A DISEASE BEFORE I WENT IN, I'M SURE TO HAVE ONE NOW!

I'M DISGUSTED AND WOULD NEVER GO BACK!

The building doesn't have a single automatic door. The lab never sends the information to my doctor. My doctor has to contact them for the results. The wait in the lab is too long. I waited 30 minutes for a blood test. I would especially encourage those in a wheel chair or parents coming with young kids/strollers to avoid this lab.

I was calling after hours to find out business hours but, looks like they are afraid to make public that information due is not in this advertisement as is not info recorded when somebody call after hours.
Usually this information is important for patients and general public as well.
