On Thursday afternoon - the lab was not busy. November 19th
However, after being greeted by RUDE Dark Hair Female technician, I still had to wait.
Then the rude lady had trouble to find my vien - she stuck the needle into the muscle and that really hurts. Finally got the vien but did so much damage - the vien blew!
She asked me what was wrong with me, your body must be so dry.
Then tried another vien and did even more damage.
With each failure or poor attempt the technician suggested that this was somehow my fault. I have had blood work a number of times and it went smoothly.
This time it was poor technical skills and an equally poor technician's attitude.
Getting blood work done is never easy, but this technician made the experience so much worse.

I agree with the gentlemen, they are rude and slow and you have to stand OUTSIDE waiting until they open at 8AM - how about us working people who lose valuable wages - START at 7:00 AM!!!!
