I tried to reach Customer service and waited for over an hour on hold.
I signed up for Fee based Online results and unfortunately this paid service is not worth it as results are not available in a timely basis. Other labs provide results in 24 hours.

They never seem to answer their phone. Impossible to get information on requisition sent on your behalf by doctor. Had to make an appointment blindly, not even knowing what preparation was needed for the specific requisition. Phone number and website seem deliberately designed to avoid interaction with patients, who ultimately are revenue generating customers for them.

I would NOT recommend this clinic to anyone! I went there twice in one day to have timely blood work done. The technician couldn't find my vein in the morning, took the needle out after poking and prodding then said "I think I need to get someone else to come see" to which I said no thank you because I had to get to work. I went back at 4:30 pm and was seen by a different technician who assured me she would be able to find it. She poked me TWICE and it was actually quite painful. She couldn't find the vein either. I was very upset and said I would not be coming back. If you have small veins at all, do NOT go to the Kakulu location. (I gave it 1/2 as star because I had to fill something in).

There is no wait time at 139 Greenbank. st in nepean vs Kakulu st I have been to both and Greenbank goes way faster.

Was there today. Staff were friendly, efficient and I can't believe how quickly they put through the number of people that were there on a Saturday.
I also watched how rude some people are to them and they still went out of their way to help. Good for you ladies. Thanks for giving up your Saturday make it convenient for me.
Too bad their isn't a review for some patients.

I REALLY appreciate Gamma-Dynacare Labs (I have dealt with two in Ontario). I have consistently found the staff to be friendly AND professional. I have often wondered if Gamma-Dynacare has a professional training program and/or an intentionally high standard set for staff when dealing with the public/clients; I hope Gamma-Dynacare staff realize what a difference it makes to clients to be treated with polite respect in a setting that reflects a measurable level of dignity. Keep up the good work! The world needs you!
