I brought my 102 year old Dad in with one leg in a wheel chair for blood work after having 'checked in' via computer before leaving. Estimated wait time was 1 hour. We arrived about 10 min. before our scheduled time. I was told it would be another hour to wait! I would understand an added 20 min. perhaps but one hour. Then I was told I could text and return. Clearly you are catering to the young generation and forgetting about your senior citizens/vets - about 99.1% who do not text. Absolutely shameful.

The 139 Greenbank st in nepean goes alot faster than the Broadview location, there is almost no wait time there.

Anytime I have been here I have been treated with courtesy and professionalism. It is a busy location and they do their very best to perform tests efficiently and as fast as possible. As with any medical service wait times are variable so I bring a book and my patience.

I have been there perhaps 10 times in the last few years. I, contrary to what I read, have never had a bad or rude experience. They have just redone their facility which makes it look far better now, but the people are just as good, as qualified and as professional. I am going there for a medical test, often involving needles. It is not Disney World. It is not fine dining. It is not fun. I am amazed at what people write in their reviews. It is a lab. It is a very good lab...

My docter is in t,he same building. So I have to go to this lab. Yesterday the receptionist was rude as well did not ask the question , verifying that a 12 hour fast was done. But the WORST DERILECTION OF DUTY was the fact that the technician did not put alcohol on my arm before inserting the needle. This place exudes an air of not caring. Some one of authority must look into their practices.

The personal service is variable, from excellent, to woeful. After having the vein in one arm 'blown' there, to use a vague term meaning no longer accessible for venipuncture for a while, I found the staff uncaring as to the consequences this presented for my continuing medical care.
Some staff apparently need an attitude adjustment. They seem oblivious to the advice or concerns of their patients, and the patients know best when it comes to their own medical history.

The recorded message on the phone said they open at 8:00 AM. Got there at 8:05 to find a line-up to get into their waiting room. The receptionist - who already looked and sounded totally bored with having to deal with clients - told me they open at 7:30.
Ah, the renown efficiency of the private sector ...
