Never felt insulted by a doctor before. I felt as if I was being interrogated for arriving at his office. I shared with the Doctor my issue and stated that I would like information about my disease Hypothyroidism. He proceeded to talk aggressive and proceeded to make me feel small. At the end of my time with this poor medical professional, he told me that I should be grateful that it is not cancer. I was shocked and proceeded to ask him for his name. He would not verbally tell me his name and wrote Dr. Al Beshsir.
I understand people have bad days, but this so called professional was down right disgraceful.
The wait was quick but the service was again.. Bizarre and inadequate.
I requested to see an Endocrinologist and was sent to Dr. Al Beshi who is not.

I will never return to this place and I hope 21 Queensway addresses the poor attitude of such professionals.
