Jalyn was so helpful. She was very efficient in getting my package sent out. There was no hassle at all and we even had a little conversation. She is very personable and I will always come back to this UPS STORE inside of Raleys in Elk Grove!!! thank you Jalyn!

JAYLYN was a life saver !! I needed help and help fast. I needed help getting a quote on a return to Amazon and she said she would be here when I got there. Quote was more so I’m glad it was less ! She was knowledgeable and very kind. I appreciate her! Thanks
