Disappointed. Quality of 90% of the work they did was well done. But the tree ring work was not as promised. They literally trimmed the area very short and dumped mulch, mulch they essentially stole from us, around the trees and charged us $250. We were promised 'dug in' and landscaping fabric. And never agreed for them to take the mulch we brought for our tenants. I feel they gave up on some of the lead removal services on the side alley. Listen it is a hard property to upkeep, this is why we opted to pay someone to do it. We were charge more than loosely quoted for roof leaf removal services, overlooked until we had all the other issues. And then ignored. We also had to practically beg them to schedule the the initial services and they never showed up again. We were also asked to pay the extra services as venmo and not through the business. I would question the legitimacy of this company. Ultimately paid over $1700 and then they were in the wind. We have tried to remedy the issues and learn why they stole mulch from our yard, but to no avail.

My wife and I are very pleased with all the work JC Landscaping did for us. We bought our home last Oct 24 and the lawn was in rough shape. Made the decision to get it re-sodded, so I contacted 3 landscaping companies for quotes, Joey was the only one that got back to us the same day with a quote and we decided to go with his company. We were eager to get the lawn in ASAP with the hotter weather and Joey and his crew had all the work done 10 days after we finalized everything. We went with St. Augustine grass and it was cut the day they put it down (about 6 pallets). It looks absolutely fantastic! I also had a drainage issue on the right side of my property and they installed a beautiful drainage system tying directly into the gutters with a collector drain and pop-up drain line exit. They also cleaned out the gutters with some of the down spots completely clogged. So in summary the entire process from initial contact to completion went extremely well, with the JC Landscaping people being very professional, courteous, personable, quick communication back and forth and most of all flexible with our needs as the work progressed.

Our irrigation system has a leak. We have reached out to Josue Cruz & JC Landscaping several times for over a month now, attempting to have them come and do the repair. After a single call from him with a promise to come fix the leak, we have had no communication from him. The irrigation system is still under their guaranteed 2 year warranty. Unfortunately it appears they are not going to honor that warranty.

Ours was a large project and there were several significant mistakes made by Josue and his crew. Most of these were communicated to us after the fact and would have caused major delays and corrective reconstruction efforts. There was an error made in the measurement for concrete pilings that were installed for the pergola which made them unusable. To remedy this would have meant tearing up the newly installed paver patio and pouring new footings - which we elected not to do!

They were contracted to modify and add 2 new zones to our existing sprinkler system which turned out to be a nightmare. After telling us that this project was completed, we discovered many errors they made that required re-digging to seal off unused pipes and to fix other leaks.

I usually do not leave negative reviews. This low review could have been avoided if Josue Cruz or one of his team members had responded and come to fix this new irrigation leak we found.

JC and Staff are extremely courteous, professional and efficient. The two days they were at our project included reconfigured gutter/french drain System, complete side & backyard sod install, and a 300lb stone step delivery/ install. As busy as they were while onsite they were accessible,, informative and responsive to all questions and inquiries.

They went above and beyond for us. They did exactly what I asked them to. My flower beds were a mess. So glad we found them. I’m loving my flower beds now. I really appreciate what they did. Only wish I had before pictures.
