He graduated from Tulane University School of Medicine and served his residency at the National Capital Consortium residency program at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. He also holds a bachelor of science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Prior to joining CPN, Dr. Carlisle served for twelve years as a family medicine physician in the United States Army. He is a decorated combat veteran, having served two tours in Iraq. As a family medicine physician, Dr. Carlisle treats patients of all ages but has a special interest in adolescent and preventive medicine, as well as reproductive health.
