I was very happy with the friendly staff, professional atmosphere and quality of Specsavers MTC. It was my first visit and I would definitely recommend to a friend. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful and they had a large quantity of choices. Great value.

Had a great experience at the Specsavers Meadowvale Town Centre location. Kayode and Naaz were both incredibly helpful — patient with all my questions while I tried on frame after frame, and gave honest, thoughtful feedback rather than just pushing the most expensive option. They took the time to help me figure out what actually suited my face shape and budget. Really appreciated the attentive, no-pressure service. Highly recommend asking for them if you’re picking out new glasses!

My experience at this Specsavers was truly excellent. The staff is friendly, helpful and not in the least pushy. I was treated professionally, respectfully and geared to what I wanted and not what the store wanted to sell me. The advice I received from the licensed optician was very helpful and my experience from beginning to end was superb. When I returned to pick up my glasses, they fit perfectly and I love them.

I had a wonderful experience at Specsavers Meadowvale. Everyone was incredibly patient while helping me choose frames, taking the time to listen to my preferences and suggest options that suited my face. The doctor was also very gentle and thorough during the eye exam, and the staff who assisted with additional testing were professional, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process.

When I returned to pick up my glasses, Vivian helped me, and she was absolutely amazing. She was very kind and made me feel genuinely cared for. The entire team made the experience smooth and comfortable, and I’ve already recommended them to my family. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for excellent service and caring staff.

What a difference your visit makes when staff is so helpful and serving you with a smile.
Dr Patience was thorough and adviced me on things which I should have been adviced earlier.

OSA ogberaja was the sweetest and helpful when checking me out along with Vivian!

Kayode who did my pre examination tests was thorough and explained everything.

This has been my best experience in Mississauga since I have started having eye tests almost 3 decades back. Nothing was forced onto me but was suggested.
