I have had to use TA services twice now and it has been a very horrific experience both times. They will send out tech that knows nothing about repairs and will charge you ridiculous rate for it. TA charged me $1500 to send a tech out and spend 6hrs only to damage my truck and still leave my driver stranded over at Britton. They use a cheap scanning device to try to erase code which then locked the codes to the system and the tech said he doesn’t know what happened. Another guy shows up from a different shop and couldn’t get into the system to clear up code because of what TAs tech did. The issue my truck had was some few broken wires and TA tech took 6hrs and couldn’t figure it out. Shame you guys at TA. You all can do better

I recommend these people, they helped me a lot when it was -25 degrees outside, they repaired my truck.

Came in with a tire issue with a load of honey bees on trailer was told they had 2 customers in front of me which could of easily been paused for 30 minutes while they helped me get my live load of honey bees moving to keep them from expiring. At this point with ta I dont think they care about owner operators just the big fleets

It was the first time i got bad experience over TA truck care
The tall man with stylish beard may be dont know what the fault may b dont want to work over there
Firstly he gave me the address of other truck care saying that we dont have parts and if we will fix we will charge you for grabing part from somewhere else .
Secondly he took more than two hours by wasting time going here and there gossiping with other colleagues and taking rounds of truck
If you are not able to find the fault than you should say that without hesitating that i m not able to fix that
Only thing he did is connect the laptop and tell these could be the possible problems , whats particular he dont know and dont even want to check .
Giving address of other truck care means that you dont want business for your employer
One star is only for the receptionist
She even did appoligies for that .
