These guys did a great job on our patio project. However, there were some problems with the process. The contract was extremely vague and a lot of details were left out causing confusion during and after the job. When the job was finished there were some things that really disappointed me. The builders left glue on the pavers and the fireplace that could not be removed. The fireplace had gaps in it that were not sealed properly. And last but not least our walkway was shorter than what was agreed on. This caused a major problem! After paying for the job we were told that we needed to pay more to extend the walkway even though we agreed on an amount and the size of the walkway before the job started. This is where that vague contract came in. It took over a month to get them to come back and fix the glue and gap problem and longer to finally extent the patio. We finally agreed to an amount to have the walkway extended just to get it finished. Trey told my wife we were “hounding” him. Overall the work was nice but the process and communication was not very frustrating. They are very nice guys but I think they need to get better with being organized.

Shane and Trey and their crew did an excellent job in creating the perfect paver patio area for our backyard. Shane and Trey listened to the the ideas we had and incorporated suggestions to come up with the best solution that worked due to the drastic slope of our yard. They even went as far to fix an ugly gutter drain that was installed so that it looked much cleaner and better with the pavers. They definitely went above and beyond the scope of paver installers and were genuinely interested in making our outcome look as excellent as if it were their own outdoor space. Thanks Shane and Trey for the excellent outcome. I could not be more pleased and highly recommend Oasis Outdoor Creations! Will definitely use for any future projects.

Oasis did an amazing job laying pavers at my new house. They completed a driveway, front porch and large back patio along with a stairway. They were friendly prompt and professional. I highly recommend them for your paver needs.

Thank you to Trey Carver and his team at Oasis Outdoor Creations. They turned limited usable space into a large entertainment patio within two days of product delivery. I called him for a quote, he came out and completed all the measurements. We agreed on the product and pricing he ordered our pavers they were here within a week and we now have a Beautiful patio to enjoy. We can’t wait for phase 2 in a couple of months for our next big project!

We recently used Oasis Outdoor Creations to install pavers in our driveway, walkway, and another small area previously used as a flower bed. They also solved a drainage issue that we had. They were prompt, professional, and did an excellent job. We are very happy with the result!
