Owner Gary was very agreeable at the start of the job but he was not available most of the time on the site for questions and his crew did not seem to know what I wanted. In the end, the work was OK but it would have been more helpful if communication was more readily available. We are not sure that we are happy with the experience overall.

We had Creative Impressions do a little flagstone porch for us this summer. Looking now at the workmanship, it is only so-so work. The crew that was here did not seem to know how to craft flagstone the way a skilled stonesman would. In the end, I guess we are not that happy and we will see how the rectifications will go over the next few years.

We used Creative Impressions under the recommendation of a past client who did their pool landscaping with them. The work my friend had done was nothing like what we experienced. It was a very stressful experience in which there was very little communication going on between Gary and his crew and us! They seemed more interested in going to the next job than completing our job. In the end, it was sloppy, there was unfinished work and lots of unwanted "permanent scars" that will leave a lasting "creative impression" for a long, long time. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.
