Our creative agency’s backup system failed after an office power surge wiping years of completed work. File Savers under technician David Ross reconstructed everything down to the folder level. He kept us updated with screenshots and verified file lists. The final delivery was neatly organized by client and project year and it was even better than our original setup. Absolute five star service.

When my old smartphone completely refused to power on, I assumed that years of messages, voice notes, and personal videos were permanently gone. File Savers explained everything they could do, reassured me with constant updates, and ultimately recovered every file. Their calm and professional approach left me both relieved and grateful that I trusted them with such important data.

When I needed to move my File Savers license to a new laptop but couldn’t locate any purchase details, Anna Roberts solved the issue in minutes. She sent me simple, step-by-step instructions, followed up to confirm it worked, and had me running again without delay. Her speed, warmth, and courtesy reminded me of what truly excellent customer support feels like—rare, refreshing, and unforgettable.

I was incredibly anxious thinking I had permanently lost my digital portfolio. The pricing seemed steep at first, but after comparing with other services, I realized it was industry standard. The team was patient, compassionate, and always helpful, especially when I struggled with a few restored files. I truly appreciate their support.

My seven-year archive of client files was on a drive that suddenly stopped responding. A technician at another company said it was beyond saving. File Savers, though, got it done quickly and didn’t charge more than the original estimate. Impressive.
