Ken Khan was forced to reconsider his business strategies and shift his organization's focus from the market to the client. He concluded that customers, not the market, were what drove sales. It struggled greatly for the following three years following a horrifying forfeiture in the first year. It barely made it through the first four years after its start. The business started to make some revenue in the fifth year after that when it started to grow. Mobilelink was one of the most prosperous businesses of its era as a result of Mr. Khan's persistent efforts and determination to take it to the pinnacles of success.
