Service and quality of food and smoothies is consistent. A typical experience here is fairly quick, depending on the amount of customers. I come here all the time with friends. I would 10/10 recommend!

We just did a drive thru in Waterloo, Ia. and had the most amazing service! We got 2 smoothies and I was short a little and they helped me out. It made the best day for my Granddaughter and I. We will be back everytime we come to town. It was so nice to have a friendly face and a great smile at the window.Thank you very much.

I have been here fairly often and I do love the Avacalada smoothie. I decided to try the "Dragonfruit" bowl today and was severely disappointed. I love dragonfruit and have had bowls served at other places (not locally) and this one was a joke. It was basically frozen syrup chunky and slimy at the same time. The strawberries on top were mushy and some of the banana was also brown.
Definitely not worth the price.

I go to Tropical Smoothie quite often, and I never had a bad experience. The food is always fresh and amazing. The best smoothies in the cedar valley I think. The staff at both locations are welcoming, and so nice. My go to food item, is the Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread, add jerk sauce. So amazing!!
