I recently researched plumbing companies by looking up permit records, but I discovered that only the City of New Westminster publicly provides a detailed list. From there, I went through each company name one by one. When I came across GVA, I was able to find the owner’s name and view his background on LinkedIn. Even before calling him, I already had a strong feeling he would be reliable and capable.

After speaking with Mehmet Eraslan, he provided a clear quotation and later completed the plumbing work at my home. My initial confidence was absolutely confirmed. The quality of his work was excellent.

What impressed me most is that Mehmet treats every job as if it were his own—working ethically, attentively, and with true commitment to high standards. He identified the problem with the boiler, explained it to me and fixed on the spot. I was so happy to have heat again. I was also very happy with what he charged me. Very reasonable. Mehmet was great. Fast service. Very well priced, no gouging. I can’t stress that enough.

He adequately demonstrated his expertise with the work he did. He fixed a leak in our toilet, and was able to fix a gas leak on our hot water tank by sourcing the replacement part and returning to fix it the next day. Through his due diligence, he found that the part was under warranty, saving us a lot of money.

100% will call again. I highly recommend using GVA for your plumbing problems.
