This is THE WORST BANK I have ever banked with. This is THE NICEST BANK I have ever banked with. Constant conflicting information from one rep to another. CONSTANT replacement of my card. CLOSING ACCOUNTS without ever NOTIFYING ME OF THE ISSUES. The Call Center Manager, ANDREW, conflicted himself multiple times in one conversation and in the end refused to do anything to help. They have left me stranded in the mountains, without a bank account without any knowledge of an issue or potential closure. Do yourself a favor and pick a different bank. They are really nice though. They have one job, being nice doesn't make it ok to neglect.

Placed an inquiry on the website for an SBA loan for an existing liquor store purchase yesterday. Received a call back from Trevin today and he asked me to walk him through the deal. After giving a considerable monologue about my work history, the work I've done with the broker, detail about the store, and much more, he says they only do business with people who bank with them and only lend on real estate. So, a liquor store would need a roughly 50 percent down payment and me to move all my banking to them.
Maybe start with that next time and don't waste people's time.

I continue to be appreciative of this Alpine Bank and more so because of this office in downtown Colorado Springs. I maintain numerous accounts at two National Banks BUT always keep a FRIENDLY and ACCOMIDATING LOCAL bank in the states I reside in. ALPINE DOWNTOWN COS never disappoints me. In Particular Christie Bloom is the perpetrator of this review. She in particular helps with the every needs of her customers. I must although note that everyone else is accomplished at this to but she brings a smiling and "happy you are here" attitude which I feel is pervasive to everyone else , KUDOS Christie Bloom and to ALPINE Bank.
