Manipulative and rude people. I spoke with the owner and for the first time in my life a felt racism even do Im a US citizen!
There was a load posted and I was the first caller. I wanted to book the load and because of many calls and inexperienced agent I was told that that rate will be changed for lower price. I asked to speak with a manager and I was transferred to the owner Steve, as I was told by him.
He was trying to lie about the situation and he saw that he cat lie and started to be racist because I have an accent!
This never happened to me in the past, Im very professional in what Im doing and this is not the right way how the carriers and customers should be threaded!!
Im planing to contact my lawyer regarding the offensive words and racism’s that I received from this company!!!
