Jason was the worst extremely unprofessional and caused his sales associate a loss of sale… after being lied to multiple times by everyone I was ready to buy the car and had been waiting they didn’t want to wait for me to go to carmax he got so rude and said you don’t have to buy the car and was exactly right I got my Mach e PREMIUM from group 1 ford rockwall same day got a great deal and extremely polite and responsive staff! Another manager apologized on his team’s behalf which I appreciate but do better guys and don’t disrespect people who are ready to buy!

I bought my 2026 Nissan Sentra SV yesterday from Clay Cooley Nissan and Hector and Leo made my experience worthwhile!

Hector got me the terms I wanted, was extremely knowledgeable about the car I wanted and took the time to explain all the features, and, most importantly, he was extremely patient and kind throughout the long process.

Leo took his time to explain the financial terms, what each warranty covered, and met me on a human-to-human level vs financer-customer.

They're the reasons I would recommend and continue to support this location for service!

This was our first time purchasing a vehicle from Clay Cooley Nissan, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish.

Our sales associate, Stephen King, was outstanding. He and Terry worked hard to help us get into our new Pathfinder, and they were both friendly, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured throughout the process.

We also had a great experience with Eric Glover in Finance. He was professional, informative, and made the paperwork quick and easy.

The entire team was courteous and made the buying process smooth and enjoyable. We truly appreciate all of their help and will definitely return to Clay Cooley Nissan for future vehicle purchases. Highly recommended!
