Terrible store🤢bread is always hard and nasty, all aisles are too cramped up with things you can’t walk freely through there. To make matters worst you have cashiers with extremely poor customer service let me correct myself no customer service. There’s a man that looks like the manager he sees the line and doesn’t open another register🫪
I went to meat department and was serve cordially by staff that’s the reason I gave 2 stars meat department alone 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ guy at meat department was offering me everything and was really busy attending all customers. Maybe cashiers and management should get trained by young guy at meat department! He looked like he was the one in charge in meat department since he was directing staff to come out and help this was in the morning can’t imagine how it gets at peak hours😳

I always go to this store, since I’m 11 years old, the other day, I went to the store right after school, I had my backpack and there where this lady with a cart and a bald man in the hallway, I had to do parkour to get to the vegetables part. The thing is I accidentally made a bag of tostadas fall, I had my backpack and really couldn’t see, I thought the tostadas just made sound but not fall. The thing is this really rude man that work at the carniceria followed me and screamed “I think you dropped something” with a very mad face, also murmured something I couldn’t hear, I was 14 (this happened almost 2 months ago) and he just kept staring at me, I changed hallways and I went to other areas, but he kept looking at me with this crazy looking face. I haven’t go much since that because it really creeped me out, I told my dad and mom about this and they got really mad this man acted like their daughter was doing a mess on purpose. Just think he was pretty weird following him desde la barra de la carniceria. They have good products and I really like their prices, so it’s not all bad, just this is not the only time a worker had been rude to me, the last time it was a cashier that took the card out of my hands and said I was making the line slower because I didn’t know how to use the card when it was a system problem, this happened when I just came to this country 4 years ago, but it really made me scared of her because I was young and scared of everything.

My fish/mojarra was dry and old. Ridiculous, I couldn’t get any meat, $11.03 down the drain. I couldn’t enjoy my meal SHOULDVE took my $11.03 to canes. This was reviewed by a disappointed, dissatisfied, sad, teenager.😢

For me a normal run to the local grocery store.

So far to date the products have been fresh and never had to immediately throw anything away.

As for customer service approachable and fundamentally sound.

Sales and bargains are reasonable but have to look.

Well I continue to go back? Yes, it's one of many common grocery stores that I use. Plus I live close to it.

1st time here. Meat Dept. has very good prices. They also have a deli & bakery. You can order some food & sit down at the tables too eat.
