Tommy helped us with a new range hood. He was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to find a good fit for us. We had some size limitations which made it difficult. We will definitely be back in the future. Highly recommend!

We bought 4 appliances around Memorial Day. At the time, our refrigerator was showing signs of dying, so we decided to upgrade the cook-top, wall oven/microwave combo and dishwasher as well. The sales staff (especially Tommy Y) was great! We went in thinking we wanted 3 Bosch appliances, but after Tommy listened to what we didn't like about our old appliances, and what other customers' complaints about Bosch were, we decided to go with the GE profile line. Since GE is cheaper than Bosch, and given that Bray had a ton of rebates on offer, which totaled to about $1.6k, we ended up getting 4 appliances for the price of 3!

I'm only giving Bray 4 stars because the installation process didn't go as smoothly as it should've. The first installation crew used a trim around our cook-top that was warped, and was never going to sit flush to the counter consistently and they didn't even center the cook-top in the trim. The first crew also didn't bring the correct tools to enlarge the existing hole for our new wall oven/microwave, or start the water flowing from our water line to our new refrigerator. The second crew that came out the next day did bring the correct tools to install the wall unit, and also started the water flow to our fridge, but said they didn't have any "glue" with them to fix the cook-top trim. The third crew, who installed the dishwasher (the dishwasher was delayed through no fault of Bray's), centered the cook-top, but couldn't fix how it sat on the counter. I had to specifically request a fourth crew bring a new trim with them to finally get the issue resolved. In the end, Bray did make it right, but this should have been two trips, not four; 1 for the cook-top, refrigerator, and wall unit, and 1 for the dishwasher and to replace the cook-top trim that the first crew should have noted was warped.

Also, I advise you to get a second quote if you need any electrical upgrades - don't just go with Bray's contractor. We knew we were going to need to upgrade our electrical for the cook-top since we were going from gas to induction, but Bray's electrical contractor quoted us literally 2x what an independent contractor did the job for (literally almost $5k vs $2.5k, and the independent contractor's price included pulling county permits and inspection)

We had a great experience with Bray and Scarff from entering the showroom to deliver and install. Andrew was our salesperson and he was knowledgeable and charismatic. The three gentlemen that came to do our delivery were careful, helpful and very organized. They were lovely to work with.
Im impressed with this entire team and experience. We got a good deal and will be back.

I initially gave this place a very good review but I certainly need to recant my experience. The dishwasher that I bought did not work after trying for the first time to use it. The repair service was called to diagnose the problem. It was found that my brand new GE dishwasher had a faulty Mother board. The service man indicated that I needed to call the service dept. For a new machine. In doing so, they indicated that I could not get a new machine as I would need to replace it with a new Mother board. Therefore, I have bought a broken unit that I have yet to use. No more Bray & Scarff for me.
