Joplin has been our go-to HVAC company for years. Always happy with their service and today was no exception. Donovan was our service tech and he was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He also advised us on how to maintain our outdoor units & he helped us signed up for their annual service plan (which had been on our agenda to set up). Great company, highly recommend.

I called Bill Joplin’s for an HVAC inspection and they explained everything about the service. They texted me ahead of time and the technician arrived Saturday at 8am as scheduled. Greg Whitaker (technician) , was very professional, he explained everything about the system and also gave me a few recommendations. My system passed the inspection and the next visit will be in fall.
I recommend Bill Joplin’s Air Conditioning & Heating. A professional and honest company with more than 40 years of experience and Greg Whitaker (The technician), that inspected my HVAC system showed proof of this company’s reputation.

Bill Joplins is a trustworthy service provider. Chris came to my home and handled my maintenance, including diagnosing why my AC was continuing to run when desired temp had been reached.

Bill Joplins seems to hire experienced technicians that can get things done without drama.

I will continue to use this company and highly recommend the services of Chris Clevenger.

Bill Joplin's Master Technician, Greg Flatten completed a comprehensive inspection and preventive maintenance service at our rental property. Greg is very knowledgeable and completed a thorough assessment and performed all necessary system adjustments efficiently. He handled my requests and questions with complete professionalism. Greg understands and practices outstanding customer service. Joplin is fortunate to have such a dedicated and knowledgeable team member. I am grateful for service I received from Greg. Chris R.

I received excellent service. The technician was professional, respectful, and knowledgeable.

I also appreciate the wonderful communication from Joplin’s. They sent a reminder text the day before my service so I could confirm the appointment. They also texted when the technician was on his way - much appreciated!

I highly recommend Joplin’s. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
