We had a wonderful experience with Delta Storage from start to finish. The facility is clean, secure, and the temperature-controlled units are very well maintained, which made us feel confident storing our belongings there.

Jessica was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She took the time to understand what we needed, showed us different unit options, and clearly explained the benefits of each one without making us feel rushed. She also helped us get a great rate and made the rental process quick and hassle-free.

The level of customer service we received really stood out, and it’s clear they take pride in helping their customers. We’d definitely recommend Delta Storage to anyone looking for a reliable storage facility.

Had an amazing experience renting a storage unit with Delta Storage. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and the temperature-controlled units gave us peace of mind that our belongings would be stored safely.

A special shoutout to Jessica, who made the entire experience seamless. From our very first visit, she took the time to walk us through the different unit options, explaining the pros and cons of each so we could choose the one that best fit our needs. When we decided to rent, she also helped us get a great discount and guided us through the entire process with patience and professionalism.

Excellent customer service can make all the difference, and Jessica truly went above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend Delta Storage to anyone looking for a clean, secure, and well-managed storage facility.

I had such a wonderful experience with Regina Williams at Delta Storage in Bayonne. From the moment she opened the door with a welcoming smile, it felt like true old-fashioned customer service — warm, genuine, and professional.

Regina was patient, informative, and took the time to explain all the storage details without ever making me feel rushed. But honestly, what I loved most was how comfortable she made the experience. We laughed so much over silly little things, and that personal connection is what truly sold me.

Funny enough, I had visited two other storage places before Delta Storage. One person was very nice, and the other was strictly business and didn’t really answer my questions. Delta Storage was actually my last option because I assumed it was too old-fashioned compared to the newer places. That turned out to be my mistake — sometimes the older places are where you find the most open-hearted people and the best customer service.

Thank you, Regina, for making this such a pleasant experience. I would honestly love to stop by again someday just to say hi!
