Although each of us arrived at RISE through our own unique journey, we all brought with us a long history of failed diet attempts, challenging relationships with food, and battles with negative self-image. Our coaches have experienced victories and setbacks, and have faced struggles such as eating disorders, anxiety, postpartum depression, and more. We have each emerged with a deeper understanding of how nutrition and fitness can empower us, rather than bring us down – and we are deeply passionate about supporting others to do the same.
