If I could give this place a one star, I would. This place was horrible. Our family went went to this location for lunch, and the man overcharged us. He put stuff in our order that we didn't ask for and it nearly costed us almost $100. He then printed the receipt without our payment, which was so awkward. We didn't even get to taste the food because we saw one of the most egregious things that can be done in the food industry: unsafe food handling. The woman cooking our food touched frozen/raw beef patties with her gloves, and then touched the covers that went over the burger patties. She never changed her gloves! She wore the same gloves with raw beef in them and grabbed the fries to cook them. What's even worse was that it was in plain view! I saw it all, we told them we didn't want anything, and left. People need to be educated about safe food handling! Whenever you touch raw protein with gloves, whether it's frozen or fresh, you need to change gloves immediately before grabbing other product or even touching equipment. That entire kitchen was covered in raw beef due to her negligence. Cross contamination is not something to play around with.

One of the worst service and quality fast food restaurants I've ever had. I saw the employees in the back on there phone for 10 minutes before I yelled and asked for some help. Terrible service, terrible food. Not good experience at all. Enjoy the taste of Rubios or Caparottis or even Dairy Queen instead. Seriously, NOT WORTH IT.

I usually love Johnny Rockets. Burger was good but had way overcooked fries and they refused to remake them, wanting to charge me an extra 5.35 for new order. Already overpriced in the casino and shitty customer service to boot? Wish I could give negative stars

The food was excellent. the young man.Matthew behind the counter was very professional and polite, Eric and nicole deserve some credit as well as they work well as a team. which is a rarity today. very delightful food came out with a nice presentation. God Bless you too.

My first time eating Johnny Rockets! I originally went over there for Nathan's hot dog. But, they where no longer there. So, since I have never had Johnny Rockets I'll give them a try! Walked up to the counter and the young lady Jevel just looked at me. 😂😅🤣 I said to her this is my 1st time in. I want this burger with chili cheese fries. And I was pointing at the picture. Do you have this has a combo? She said no! Ok, well that's what I want and no drink. She said Do you want to make it a combo? 😂😅🤣 No just the burger has seen on the picture with chili cheese fries. She swiped my card and I tipped. I got home and realized there were no onion rings on my burger!😂😅🤣
Just plain onion. The food was good. But, next I will check my food before leaving.
