Have to give them 5 star that's where ive been picking up material for past 10 years . I was a bit skeptical when qxo bought previous company but qxo hands down have note incentives and better service.

In recent years the level of service has improved greatly due to the outstanding customer care and service offered by the local sales team and Paul Sayler! The company I work for has used Beacon Roofing Supply for over 8 years and they are a great company. They accommodate our delivery schedules and work with us to get specific products for large commercial projects we work on. Over the years, there have been ups and downs, but overall I would highly recommend Beacon to any roofing and building contractor.

In the construction business, we heavily rely on punctuality, customer service, and the integrity of the products supplied. I am saddened to say that Beacon has not only missed the mark on these basic tenets but has also caused major disruptions to our project timelines.

In short, Beacon Building, and more specifically, Paul S., have not lived up to our expectations. From a lack of prompt responses to failing to deliver materials on-site without any notice, the experience has been a recipe for frustration and disappointment. I regret to say that we will not be doing business with Beacon Building in the future, and I advise others in the construction industry to think twice before engaging with them. The lack of professionalism and reliability simply isn't worth the risk.
