It was great to work with Jason and team. I appreciated the thorough and timely estimate. During the job, everyone who was at the house was friendly and respectful. The work was very well done! I plan to hire Bartlett Contracting for another job and recommend them to others. Thank you

The Bartlett Crew did an exceptional job on our home! The new windows, shutters, and roofing we got done made a huge difference in the look and feel of our home! Jason communicated with us throughout the entire process and was very helpful answering any and all questions we had. We will definitely be using Bartlett Contracting for our next project and highly recommend!

Bartlett Contracting did clean professional job, Jay and his crew came in on time scheduled the work in timely fashion and completed job beautifully. He said it would be 4 weeks and they finished in 3.5 weeks. My wife and I chose inset cabinets from his showroom and we couldn’t be happier the quality and craftsmanship was exceptional. Highly recommend Bartlett.

Project Scope: Full Exterior Restoration (Roof, Siding, Windows), Veranda Addition, and Rear Deck.
Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
After a significant hail storm left us with a massive insurance claim, we chose Jason and his team to handle the restoration and additions. While they were not the lowest bid we received, the value they provided was worth every penny.
Comprehensive Project Management
The most significant benefit of working with this team was the single line of communication. Having one point of contact for such a multifaceted project—ranging from the roof and siding to a new veranda addition and rear deck—was invaluable. Jason and his crew managed every detail, from the initial permit applications to the final cleanup.
Problem-Solving and Expertise
On a project of this scale, unexpected issues are inevitable. As "random" discoveries were made behind walls or under old shingles, the team remained professional and proactive. They didn’t just bring us problems; they presented multiple viable solutions along with a clear recommendation for each. Their ability to pivot and maintain momentum kept the project on track.
The Experience
It is important to be realistic: no construction project of this size is stress-free, and there are always dozens of decisions to be made. However, Jason’s team excels at minimizing that burden. They are reasonable, highly skilled, and committed to high-quality craftsmanship through to the "final nail."
Verdict
We are overall very satisfied with the outcome of our home. We are already in preliminary talks with Jason regarding an upcoming kitchen remodel, which is the highest recommendation we can give. If you are looking for a team that prioritizes quality and clear communication over the lowest possible price, look no further.

We worked with Bartlett Contracting and CT Kitchen Cabinets to remodel our master bathroom and laundry room. The complete demolition was done in one day. Jason and his workers were professional and easy to work with and had a good working relationship with each other. Each task (design, materials, plumbing, carpentry, tile work, electrical, painting, etc) was well coordinated and completed efficiently. Any minor issues identified were resolved quickly and efficiently. With such a project there is a level of disruption and dust that spreads in other areas of the house, but all of the workers were very respectful of minimizing their presence and dust to the best of their ability. At the end of every day they cleaned up after themselves and left everything in order. They completed the project on schedule and we are very pleased with the end result. We would definitely recommend Bartlett Contracting and were very appreciative of the help with designing we received from Laura at CT Kitchen Cabinets.
