I’m being harassed by the life insurance devision of this company. I’m literally going to press charges if I’m called again. I hate this company. I wouldn’t buy anything from them.

Negative stars if that were possible. I despise this company and will never do business with them again. My insurance AGENT literally WENT TO JAIL, and after that I couldn’t reach anyone at the local office.
In short: I canceled my policy after they repeatedly attempted to pull money from my checking account via ACH…even after I signed two forms and clearly stated (both in writing and verbally) that I wanted debit card payments only. The agent assured me ACH was required only for the first payment and that I could switch to paper billing and debit afterward. That never happened.
Instead, they charged my account multiple times, sometimes within the same week, causing several NSF fees. After calling the 1-800 number, I was told to file a reimbursement claim by email. I did, providing everything they requested, and was told I’d hear back in 14 business days.
THAT WAS 4 MONTHS AGO!
Despite multiple follow-ups and even mentioning legal action, Globe Life has completely ignored me. They’re like gnats around a lamppost when it comes to selling you a policy, but the moment you need help, they disappear.

One of their agents called me and wanted to review the policies I have had for years, we set up an appointment. She didn't show or call me back at all. After a few days I called and spoke with the Manager and he was going to have someone get with me. It has been a few weeks now and I still haven't heard anything from any one. This morning I called and got the receptionist, she stated she would have the manager call me back. It is about lunch time now and I am wondering if anyone will even call just like last time. This makes me wonder when my family needs to use the life insurance, what kind of problems they might have. At the current time I am not impressed with them.
