Cave au Vin did not just build us a wine cellar. They elevated the heart of our home.

Our wine room has always been the social gathering space where friends linger, conversations stretch late into the evening, and special bottles are opened and shared. When we decided to expand it, we wanted more than additional storage. We wanted to enhance the experience. Cave au Vin understood that immediately.

They took the time to truly understand how we use the space, hosting tastings, celebrating milestones, and opening meaningful bottles with family and friends. They translated that into a design that is both stunning and highly functional. The expansion feels seamless, as if it was always meant to be there. The flow, lighting, display angles, custom racking, and climate control are all perfectly executed.

They brought my wife’s and my vision to life in a way that exceeded anything we imagined. Every part is perfect. We could not be happier.

If your wine room is more than just a place to store bottles and truly serves as the gathering place of your home, Cave au Vin is the right choice.

We recently had a custom wine cellar designed and installed. Paul and Craig went above and beyond to make certain we were pleased with the end result. They were very responsive, accommodating, and genuinely committed to ensuring we were happy with the final product.

They took the time to address every concern and made sure the workmanship met our expectations. In the end, the finished wine cellar looks fantastic and functions beautifully — exactly what we envisioned. We truly appreciate their dedication to customer satisfaction and are very pleased with the end result.

Paul & team did an exceptional job bringing my vision into reality. Attempted to source several contractors to do the job over 2 years and couldn't find the right fit. Paul ensured the job was done exactly to our specifications. Cannot say enough about the attention to detail & pride his craftsmen have in their work. Would certainly recommend him/his team.

My husband and I had an outstanding experience with Paul and his team at Cave a'Vin. We wanted to install a wine cellar in our home in Florida. Paul listened carefully as we described what we wanted, and then translated our vision into a masterpiece. Every detail was thought out, from having engineering come out to verify load bearing areas, to cooling installation, flooring selection, and the beautiful trim work. Paul and his team were the utmost of professionals. They were easy to work with and transparent about any deadlines, deliveries, and construction dates/times. We never felt as if we were guests in our own house as the work was being accomplished. As the work was completed, the construction did not interfere with our daily lives. The trim work covered the walls and ceiling, matching the colors in our house. The lighting that was installed allows for special display racking to be highlighted. It is a beautiful sight, especially in the evening. We are so happy with how the wine cellar was constructed and we would absolutely recommend Paul and his team for your next project! Just look at the pictures!
