I hate to be the one to tell you that this place has not operated since 2012 as they moved countries so Im not sure how you had your veins done by them in 2015.

I would give this place no stars. I went there to have some spider veins removed. I was burned so badly that I have terrible indented scars. I would have to have skin grafts to fix them. Thank god this wasn't my face

I'm not the review-writing type and I have been to quiet a few laser centers. I figured judging by the price I was told that there was bound to be a catch; the only one I found (as someone who takes transit) is that the location is rather far from me.
The service was beyond excellent! Very competative price and the esthetician was adamant that I have my hormones checked before she starts with her sessions because she doesn't want me to waste my money. Conveniently enough, the laser center is situated in a clinic (the doctor their has become my permanent doctor now).
I can't rave enough about the quality of service, I was told that if I was not happy I could always return for a free session. She'd give me free touch ups in case she missed a spot. And she discourages and blatantly refuses (if applicable) to do treatments between the advised time gap simply because it would be a waste of money at my end.
The laser I believe if a YAG light, I have rather coarse hair and it seems to be working very well. It's made my life a lot easier and I am SO glad to finally find a place that is run by someone who knows what she is doing, and is actually very very conscientious. It pays to believe in Karma, her business I have noticed is flourishing and perhaps that is the very reason.
