I was visiting Quebec for the first time when my car had a major problem, leaving me stranded when I needed to get back to the United States. Fortunately, I received excellent service at this garage. They were very efficient and accommodating: they explained the problem in detail and offered to do only the necessary repairs so I could get home safely and finish the work later. Great service that I highly recommend!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional service and very competitive prices!

A huge thank you to Philippe and Jean-Philippe for their excellent work at the Capucins auto repair shop. I came in for a tire change and was impressed by their speed, efficiency, and especially their superb customer service.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism.

Another very welcome point: the prices are truly competitive, especially considering the quality of the work provided. No unpleasant surprises, everything is transparent and explained simply.

You leave the shop with the feeling of having been in good hands, both technically and personally. I highly recommend Philippe and Jean-Philippe for their professionalism, efficiency, and dedication to service.

Thank you again for your invaluable help—I will definitely be back! 🚗🔧💨

- The car stayed there for 2 and half weeks, the didn't give courtesy car
- The car was sent there for changing timing chains and check why there is an "occasional" metallic noise under the car, chains was changed but now there is "permanent" noise in the engine and the "occasional" noise under the car is still there.
- I was prepared to pay for 570$ as announced at the beginning, the invoice contained 860$, but ended up paying 980$ because they forgot something...

Went there because my warranty provider said so, now regretting it. I do not advise going there for you car issues.
