Make sure to get a receipt for whatever special they offer. My son and I bowled 3 games, I was expecting a special where the 3rd game is hal price. At $12 per game per person I was expecting it to be like $60 for the games plus shoes. I was unpleasantly surprised to see a $147 charge on my card. When I dropped the shoes off I was told that I was all set ... I did not get a receipt.

I can see why they offer unlimited bowling for $19 on Saturday morning. My group of 4 showed up at 11:15, we were the second group there and they paired us on the same lane as a group of 8. Every other lane was open and they crammed us in with the only other people there and refused to move us. Service was slow, pins sometimes wouldnt set, one drink cost $16.
The reason it gets 2 instead of 1 star is its a nice atmosphere, the food is decent, the lanes are in good enough shape, just the service, common sense, and affordablility were lacking.

First time here, had a little oldie feel of the place, there were a good local crowd during our visit, it was nice and not too noisy.
Food: bar food, fried, unhealthy but party worthy
Lane quality: the one we were originally assigned to #15 was not working and moved to 13
Service: check in and shoe service was great, but the lady at the bar was a little harsh speaking, given it was our first time there, I wasn’t aware that WE HAVE TO order all of our drinks through our waiter, so I went to the bar ordered two drink drinks and was harshly told I cannot add it to my tab , so I walked away &
…:-( … about 20min later the drinks were brought over by our waiter 🤷🏻♀️
Price: we paid about $100 for 5 ppl for 1 lane of 2 he with shoes, and over $100 for a mixed platter with 4 drinks, not bad for the bowling part, a bit pricey for the food and drinks.
Will return & hope to receive a better servive from the bar side.

Tuesday night adult birthday party celebration for one of our friends landed us here at Bowlero in Columbia, Maryland. The atmosphere was lively but it wasn't overly crowded. We entered at around 7:45 and within 15 minutes placed an order for a platter that had fries, chicken tenders, spicy chilli wings, mini mozzarella sticks and pretzels, with an extra basket of fries. The food was overall a 3.5 out of 5 for me with some things on the platter being better than others. Wings, fries and the pretzels were top of the list for me! My main issue with the food was that it took an hour for it to come out and when we made mention of it both of our servers did apologize but didn't offer any explanation outside of the fact that it got busy as soon as we arrived. After the lengthy wait for food, I must say everything on the platter was hot and not lukewarm or cold. I appreciated that!
The seating for alleys were nice and clean but we had to be moved on three different occasions because either the pins or the screen kept getting stuck. Everyone was really easy going about it though, mainly because of the special going on, which was unlimited bowling, shoes included, for $20. It did put us on a time crunch to finish our game but fortunately we were able to do so by the 11 p.m. closing hour with 30 seconds to spare.
Bowlero had a pretty nice bar area and a large arcade as well, with many games if guests choose to indulge. All in all, we had fun and I would definitely recommend this location for adults or the entire family. It feels safe, there are lots of activities, and everyone we encountered that worked there was really nice.
