Clean, bright. There are lots of places to recline while waiting, including a comfortable couch. There's free coffee, a paid snack bar and lots of magazines. There is even a kids' area with toys to entertain the little ones. The people are super nice and they will either talk with you or leave you alone, whichever you prefer.
