We went for a full service last wednesday, and when we got our full load of personal laundry, to my kid's dismay, 1 blue, 2 black and 1 purple fluffy pants went missing! They did not even apologize! Customer service is bad.

I started to use this local business for my commercial needs and agreed to a price per pound for laundry clean, dry and fold. In the new year they started to add a surcharge with no advance notice or explanation. I questioned them about this extra charge,and breaking our agreement, only to be told that I was creating too much drama, and they didnt want my business anymore. I had the son of the owner being rude and condescending to myself and my employee, in front of their staff and customers. As if I did something wrong by questioning these added charges.
Shocked, Surprised, appalled & Disappointed

After weighing my last order, and seeing I was overcharged.I really question their honesty and integrity. As a business owner, I am shocked and appalled by such shoddy treatment and lack of business integrity. Rather than be welcomed for bringing my growing business to their store, I was told I could go somewhere else if I didnt like the price. And after this... I will go elsewhere.

Steer Clear of this establishment if you have more than your personal laundry to clean.

FWIW... I was shocked to see how much bleach they dump into each load! No regard for the environment, or the longevity of peoples laundry.

I recently had to arrange to have a LOT of laundry done in a hurry. They did a great job, and even delivered the finished laundry. I was very pleased!
