I bought a brand new, custom driveshaft for my Datsun 240Z from a company in the States that specializes in Z's. Right away, I noticed significant vibration at highway speeds. I took the driveshaft to Pat's Driveline and they confirmed there were balance and runout issues. They were able to repair it by the next day, which involved cutting off and rewelding one of the flanges and rebalancing. I've got it back in the car now, and my Z has never felt smoother! I'm very happy with the results. I am taking off one star though because they didn't call in advance of the repair to give me a quote on the repair cost even though they said they would. Fortunately, the price was reasonable.

Amazing service! Pat’s fixed my (2 in the same week) emergency driveshaft failures immediately. In both cases I was amazed at how quickly and professionally they fixed my U Joint failures. In one instance, they called me to say the repair was done within 1 hour. I highly recommend Pat’s, they have a well equipped shop and the right people with a good inventory of parts on hand.

Very pleased with the results of getting a new driveshaft built from them. They were cheaper and quicker with better quality and service than after waiting months ordering one. Wish I knew about them earlier. Definitely would recommend them and I will return if I need them again.

Great place to deal with and very quick turn around. Saved me $1,200 in a mower drive shaft repair compared to OEM pricing of a new one. These guys are great to deal with. Speed of service and communication was amazing. Thanks for the repair.. very much appreciated.

First- After every review the representative has a response to make it seem like they care about customer service. In reality when it counts they have horrible customer service no matter what the google review rep has to say just remember everyone these people don't care about you and making sure you get quality parts and service. I have purchased two shafts from here and both have failed and after I have gone back to get them to help me out both times they were very unhelpful and never bother returning my calls. SO DON'T BOTHER WITH YOUR SORRY LAME EMPTY FOLLOW UP REVIEW TO PRETEND YOU ARE A COMPANY THAT CARES ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS AND RESOLVING ISSUES. TRY LEARNING HOW TO RESOLVE THE ISSUES, TO PREVENT THEM FROM HAPPENING.
