Ordered control paste for store pickup. The process was quick and easy. Ivan saw my hair and recommended other items to try. I received a sample that did exactly what he said. He was very sweet and helpful. I will be back to purchase the full size!

I set an appt for a scalp health check at the Nomad Aveda store and was pleasantly surprised by the wealth of knowledge the sales manager, Ivan, had as he talked about scalp and hair care. I was sent home with tons of samples that I can’t wait to try. Thanks Ivan - I enjoyed my time with y’all.

I came here today after work because I’m in desperate need of a new hair care routine. Just as I’m sure other natural girls can attest, it can be very hard (and expensive!) to find the hair care products that work for you. My hair stylist recommended Aveda products, so I decided to come in because I became overwhelmed with the options online. I was hoping there would be someone available to answer my questions and point me in the right direction. I’m so happy I chose to stop by. The team here is AMAZING. They answered all of my questions and were so patient with me. They all seem to genuinely like hair and talking about it, and were super informative and patient, especially Ivan. He was superb and helped me build a routine that is tailored to my hair and my needs/goals. Chandler was also very helpful, as was the woman who was there (I didn’t get her name, unfortunately).

I really like that the store carries travel sized bottles of a lot of their products, so you get to try them without committing to the full sizes (and let’s face it, before dropping a ton of money). Fingers crossed these products actually work, but the experience at the store was very pleasant. They offer mini facials and massages, too, so I will have to come back to try them.
