Horrible customer service. They lied said they don’t provide this service anymore took them a month too respond with this after the husband said he would get back to me. Also whom they said they sold it to won’t provide me with this service also if we get a lot of snow they stress out very easily and quick to get angry. Can’t trust ppl that lie and have no respect for other ppls time. They don’t reply in a timely manner. Extremely disrespectful rude behaviour and unprofessional. Thank goodness there are other companies out there that are very respectful and professional. I was going to ask them for a tin roof plus 250k in construction but being treated this way just for snow can you imagine the mistakes on the construction side

Hands down the best company to deal with. After getting a few quotes and dealing with MANY unresponsive/unprofessional companies....Brady's not only came in with a very reasonable quote but also did it professionally and in a timely manner. Once the contract was secured, the crew that was sent out was efficient, polite, details and did a great job. They left us with zero worries and peace of mind knowing the job was well done. 1 million % recommend Brady's roofing.
