Super pet friendly community! Relaxing social interaction with the residents. The office and maintenance staff are great and they take the time to listen and pay attention to our needs! It’s a pleasure to sign 2026 lease agreement. Thank you, JAMESTOWN ESTATES! ( A Morguard Community)

Update- I just moved out and this was a great place to live. Quiet well kept community. Leann was always easy to get in touch with, and maintenance took care of things quickly. This was a great location and close to everything you could need. I had a great experience!

Just moved in this last week. Throughout the whole process Leann and Stephanie have been a huge help and have made this process so smooth and easy. Leann made sure everything was perfect upon move in, and I appreciate how well maintained the whole complex Is. Very happy with my decision!

Just want to say I lived here for 3 years and it’s been amazing from the initial approved and paperwork to move in, problems, alerts, maintenance and then the check out process has been smooth, easy and quick.
I always had quick correspondence with the front office for Stephanie and Leanne, they always updated me on anything in the community, with the moving in papers and giving me ample time to decide to renew my lease. Then when it was time to leave they gave me the paperwork and helped me understand what needs to be done to have a clean move and get my security deposit back!
With maintenance, ALL problems were fixed same day unless it was a weekend then it took a little more time unless it was an emergency!

Most of the residents are quiet and friendly, the pool is amazing and clean and the gym always stays clean. You do hear noise from the neighbors but that’s the price of living in an apartment, always hear people moving. I never heard much when I had music or the tv on.

Overall my time here was great, great people and location and only moved because I had new orders to leave the state!

It is the best place to live, good location, beautiful place, a unique concern regarding its maintenance and cleanliness, the wonderful staff, with a unique disposition, attentive and above all understanding. I would live there again in amazement if I went back to Pensacola without thinking about it!

Just moved in to the new apartment. The process was very fast and easy. The office staff is fantastic. They always kept me informed of every step and confirmed every time they got paperwork done. Upon entering my new apartment there was a nice welcome package with goodies and a very nice welcome postcard from the staff. Looking forward to enjoying my new home.
