One star quality with 5 star prices. We met with some family members and friends that said the prices were better than where would have originally gone but this was definitely not a get what you paid for kind of experience. Never again. I would drive an hour for better quality before ever come back to this bowling alley. Get new lanes and better service or Cut your prices in half and maybe I’ll change my review.

i love bowling here, the vibes are fun and the staffs super friendly!! gigi was an amazing server and went above and beyond to make my experience worth it. the food is tasty, as well as the drinks! i reserved a lane for my birthday and they even made a sign with my last name on it. had a great time!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Lucky Strike location.
While visiting with my family, I observed an employee working at the prize redemption counter with a personal water bottle prominently displayed in full view of children and customers. The bottle contained an "8647" sticker, which I and many others interpret as a message advocating violence against the 47th President of the United States.
Regardless of anyone's political beliefs, I find it completely inappropriate for an employee at a family entertainment venue to display a message that can reasonably be understood as endorsing harm toward the President.
What is even more disappointing is that I contacted management directly, provided photographs, and gave them an opportunity to address the situation privately. I never received a response.
The issue is no longer just the employee's conduct, it is management's apparent indifference to a legitimate customer concern. I expect a higher standard of professionalism from a business that caters to families and children.

We booked 2 lanes for 12 people at Lucky Strike Gilbert and the service was amazing. Everything was ready for us, even with a personalized sign. There were large screens for viewing sport games and black lights to make it exciting. One of our lanes was a little too dark and to compensate we were given arcade cards for the kids, which they absolutely loved.
The server went above and beyond, the party planner who booked our visit was so helpful and kind. She was so thorough, I knew all of the options and picked the best one for our family. They were truly accommodating and made our visit so enjoyable.

I use to enjoy bowling but had not been for at least 8 years. After a major heath issue I honestly didn’t think I could physically bowl and if I tried I assumed I would be in a great deal of pain after. I had to plan a small after work event and my team voted for bowling. Bowlero had reservations available so I booked a lane for our team event.
I did bowl and found it very enjoyable. I was physically able and didn’t even hurt too bad after. I went back the next week and got a new ball from their pro shop (amazing pro shop) and we gave it a try right after. The food is about what you would expect from a bowling alley but they have some tasty cocktails. The only reason I’m not giving it them 5 stars is the cost. To make the online reservation there was a m high service fee. When my wife and I tried my new ball we bowled one game and it was a bit over twenty dollars.
