I haven’t visited this place in YEARS. Shut it down and put something of value out there. Burnt, stale, old pretzels and bad customer service. That’s all you’re missing.

I had been craving Aunt Anne’s pretzel bites for a while. While shopping in St Augustine Outlet Mall I decided to stop in . Firstly, it was hotter inside the store than it was outside. I don’t see how those employees are working under such conditions. No AC in Florida is insane. Secondly, both associates in the store made eye contact with me without greeting me. As a matter of fact the elder gentleman saw me and walked AWAY from the register. I wasn’t acknowledged until the elder gentleman told her to go to the register. That should’ve been my first clue to leave & just forget my craving. Lastly, everything I ordered was burnt except the packaged cheese dip. I was HIGHLY disappointed and too hot & tired to request a refund. I absolutely will NOT be back.

We were greeted immediately by the kindest gentleman working behind the counter. He was patient as we tried to decide what to order and even made a few suggestions. We opted for the pretzel dogs and cinnamon pretzels. You are never disappointed with anything from Auntie Anne's! Stop in the next time you visit St Augustine!

store is extremely hot workers aren’t super friendly and my pretzel was horrible it had barely any sugar on it and could have been cooked more don’t go here

I hate to complain and I’m a very polite person to everyone else wherever I go, but this happened to me multiple time now on this auntie Anne’s branch and I’m kinda over it!! I ordered mini pretzel dog and they gave me the burn pretzels and the white lady with the glasses working there was so rude!!! Very rude!! She is not very nice at all every time I go there when she’s working. Some of the stuff is very nice not the white lady with the glasses working there!! 😔 management need to talk to this person!!
