It be a zero if I could. I am so tired of their machines taking my money and then not working. You phone and they tell you to get it back from your landlord. Landlord says not me, they never reimburse, meanwhile as a tenant stuck with these machines that steal my money almost 50 percent of the time I use them. I've tried to get the landlord to get a different company. I go half the time or more now and use the the commercial laundromat on Lonsdale.... but it never fails, I can go weeks with using such and as soon as I think it is safe to try the machines in my building again I lose more money. This latest time it has been over two months of going out of the building to do my laundry, and once again i lost my money to these fucking machines. It seems to be a different reason for the cause almost every time with the same result though. So if you can, find a different company, these guys suck... and they suck big time.

The machines are not maintained at my location. The washing machine and dryer are both dirty and are NEVER cleaned by them. The buttons on the dryer, on, temperatures don't work half the time. The people from Phelps drive in, take the money and leave.nn
