The owner could easily double their sales if they actually had product to sell. They never have the pretzel bites when I stop by. I watched 4 other groups of people walk up and leave with nothing in under 10 minutes. So much wasted potential.

I really debated making this review because on the one hand. I love their pretzel nuggets, Lemonades, and their samples haven’t disappointed yet however in order to enjoy most of these items the pretzel nuggets especially they actually have to bother making them, if their even open to begin with. Today was certainly a kick in the ass in that regard. They had a full hot case of product and the store was staffed by not 1, not 2, not 3. BUT 4 EMPLOYEES and they had a sign on their contest with “closed due to a staffing shortage” On it. These employees were doing nothing but meandering in the back, they.
Again they had 4 employees and a nearly full hot case and they weren’t serving anything. And that it would take about an hour. This is baffling because I have been in to order various times and the they have had less employees, and they still served anything customer that showed up.This is has been a strange but consistent issue. They are either closed with staff and full hot case refusing to serve anything. The alternative route is they don’t have anything and the answer is always the same 20 minutes. And sometimes they’ll tell you this multiple times and have made zero production in the cooking or forming process of the nuggets.

This place more than earns its 2.2 Do better.

We recently purchased a large-sized pretzel bite order from Auntie Anne’s and were incredibly disappointed. The pretzel bites were visibly burnt and tasted just as bad—completely charred and bitter. It was obvious they should not have been served in the first place.

When we brought it to the staff’s attention, not only did they fail to offer a refund, but they also refused to provide even a small gesture like a discount or coupon for our next visit. It’s really unfortunate to receive both poor-quality food and poor customer service.

We’ve always loved Auntie Anne’s in the past, but this experience definitely makes us reconsider returning. Hopefully, management takes this feedback seriously and improves their quality control and customer care.

Loved my experience so much! I loved the atmosphere and vibe of this cute little bakery! And oh, the service?! The service was the best part other than the food! I’ve only been here once but I just love the two young girls that work there! One has red hair and one has glasses with brownish-green hair. The red haired girl is super sweet and she makes great cinnamon rolls! And the other girl is amazing at taking customers and knows how to get through a long line very quickly but very accurate, especially for her age! I’m really impressed! When I come back here these two girls better be my cashiers again!

I got the Cookie Bonbite for the first time—are you freaking kidding me?!? Why did I do this? Talk about amazing! A warm gooey cinnamon roll wrapped in chocolate chip cookie dough and baked to his warm yumminess! Yikes!
