Wow, probably the rudest most disgusting interaction I've had with a human in long time. Definitely won't be back. The female working asked why I placed the money on the counter (which was about 6 coins) and told me I was rude for not handing it her. Then when I looked at her confused, she says "girl, you's ugly". Auntie Anne's do better. Please employ people that have a tad of customer service background and are not racist.

The lady working 07/02 was the rudest person ive met in my life. She was the only other person there besides the manager. Honestly so rude that the manager didn’t interfere either: She argued with me about the fact that she didn’t hit the right button for card and without turning around she assumed I didn’t understand what a tip screen was and sat “ITS A TIP SCREEN!”. She didn’t say a word when she corrected it and realized she was wrong. Then she set the food in front of herself instead of me.. still silent. When I went to ask for a bag she cut me off and said “did you like want a bag”. She dramatically waved at the bag around and then threw it in front of me.. she didn’t even put the stuff in the bag. When’s the last time you ordered fast food and they made you bag it like a self check out. That’s why your tips are gonna stay 0% and that’s why karma got you and you burnt your finger too. Oh well…

Two Saturdays ago 2/28 I came right before closing and tipped. I was rushing and paid with my phone. I meant to pay with the $20 bill and leave a tip from that. It wasn’t until I got home that I realized I tipped a $20 bill. I’m from a near by city so I didn’t want to drive there before calling. When I tried calling the phone doesn’t work and there’s no answering machine. The cashier was a young Caucasian chubby guy with curly hair. He was nice but Auntie Annes, fix the phone.

Refused to make more of something they were out of and the manager was really rude about it. Based on the reviews alone it’s obviously has gone downhill since that manager has been there and they clearly don’t care about driving business away which is sad.
