It way way too difficult to explain what I wanted, not sure if it was just hard to hear or what. I gave up and ended up getting just a pretzel and a bottle of water and two lemonades. The pretzel was great, the frozen lemonade separated too easily, the peach lemonade wasn't any good, and the water bottle was lukewarm.

Wetzel pretzel hasn't been good since pre-covid. But at least Auntie Anne's stays consistent. Good place if you need an inexpensive, but filling snack while shopping the day away

Paid in cash, (no sign posted stating: NO CASH ACCEPTED) and cashier short changed me. When I went back to get my correct change he stated he did not have any more cash. I told him that wasn’t right since he did not have a sign posted saying no cash available and he yelled that was all he had and what was he supposed to do……that is not customer service….as a customer I can not see what is in your till….post a sign if you do not have cash…do not yell at your customers…..also your pretzel was cold……so I over paid for cold pretzels while getting yelled at! Perfect customer service!

This is by far the worst branch I would say. I don't know if it is under new management or new ownership but they are absolutely horrible! I can't tell you how many times I visited to order something but I hardly see anyone behind the counter or if there is someone, they are constantly on their phone or talking on their phones. Staff isn't friendly, at least in my interactions with a few of them....

The few times I was able to stop by in person and asked for a fresh pretzel, they would either argue with me saying the ones they have out are "fresh" when it really wasn't. It was obvious some didn't want to do it. I have unfortunately purchased many pretzels that were not only stale but bitter. Just judging based on that, I could tell they were not fresh and that the person lied about it being " a few minutes fresh out of the oven...." Which was clearly a lie. I wish I could get a refund for every time I was given a stale and cold pretzel...I feel cheated and lied to. This is not a good business model to keep, very disappointed.

I was sad to find out that they no longer make their sour cream and onions pretzels, they were tasty and delicious. It's a shame they don't make that anymore, the flavor was a great match with the pretzels.....😩

This branch needs new management or something because I won't waste my money on any more cold, stale and bitter pretzels!

I dunno if they make the pretzels day in advance and just keep them under a heat lamp, or they order them from some backalley bakery. However, this is NOT the Auntie Anne's you should be going to.

The only "fresh" tasting thing here was the pretzel, and as stated, it wasn't that fresh. The cheese was still so cold, it took a bit of effort to get just enough for each bite. To top it all off, the Sprite was absolutely flat. I almost like it was water at a time. Only to be corrected by the sloth-looking pre-teen that it was, indeed, Sprite.

Only come here if you hate yourself.
